heyhey
yesterday i help my juniors
my non school team gerls training
becuz next week the non school team gerls wiff haf a carnival
PESTA SUKAN CARNIVAL
awww!!!! i miss going 2 dat carnival lar..hahahah
anyway the training was kinda tough dis tym
actually yesterday everbody was realease at 11
bt den the gerls stayed bac untill 4 plus bcuz they wanna trained
as a senior n their ex captain
i stayed back wif them
i trained the as hard as i possibly could
even mui ei stayed 2
she was helping..heheheh
first activity was as usual BONDING
heheheh...
after dat drills footwork courtwork && more of cuz
although it was dam tiring bt all of us had alot of fun
the bonding was great
&& they most important thng is dat all of them improve
&& realli eager 2 play well for the carnival
